1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the scanner, content tools or directory submission form — including scanning sites you do not have permission to audit, submitting false information, or attempting to disrupt the service for other users.
3. Your content
Titles, outlines, prompts and briefs generated through our tools are yours to use freely. We do not claim ownership of the keywords, drafts or content you create or export from your workspace.
4. Plans and payments
Where a paid plan is purchased, billing is handled securely through our payment provider. Fees are charged as described at checkout, and you can manage or cancel a subscription from your account at any time.
5. Service availability
We work to keep the scanner and content tools available and accurate, but results depend on third-party websites and services we do not control, and the platform is provided on an as-is basis without uptime guarantees.
6. Limitation of liability
ContentPlanner is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including decisions made based on scan scores, generated content or directory listings.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
